What you will do
- Drive business development strategy across payments, fintech, and enterprise finance sectors.
- Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities with major financial institutions.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships across business and product teams.
- Develop partnership frameworks, pilots, and joint initiatives to demonstrate network capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure execution.
- Represent the organization in executive discussions and high-level industry conferences.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 7–10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in fintech, payments, or banking.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-party partnerships.
- Deep existing relationships within the US fintech and payments ecosystem.
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent ability to distill technical topics into strategic narratives.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with blockchain or digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience operating at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging technologies.
