What you will do
- Identify and source potential partners including influencers, educators, and agencies across multiple digital channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms to drive platform growth.
- Onboard partners into tracking systems and provide education on tools and best practices.
- Monitor partner performance and assist in launching effective marketing campaigns.
- Drive partners to meet activation milestones such as minimum first-time deposits.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure smooth handovers to Business Development Managers.
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development specifically within the trading industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline using CRM and other digital tools.
- Proactive, organized, and follow-up driven approach to partner management.
- English proficiency required for global partner communication.

- Background in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
- Familiarity with global influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
