What you will do

  • Identify and source potential partners including influencers, educators, and agencies across multiple digital channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms to drive platform growth.
  • Onboard partners into tracking systems and provide education on tools and best practices.
  • Monitor partner performance and assist in launching effective marketing campaigns.
  • Drive partners to meet activation milestones such as minimum first-time deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure smooth handovers to Business Development Managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, or business development specifically within the trading industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline using CRM and other digital tools.
  • Proactive, organized, and follow-up driven approach to partner management.
  • English proficiency required for global partner communication.

Nice to have

  • Background in crypto, fintech, or online trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with global influencer and affiliate marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience managing diverse international partner networks.
