TL;DR

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role will require 3 days in office once we have an office open.

Salary: $150,500 - $235,500 CAD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end people analytics initiatives, from problem framing to executive-level presentation.
• Design and implement scalable data models and analytical frameworks.
• Identify and evaluate AI and machine learning tools to enhance workforce insights and automate reporting.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate workforce data into strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to increase data accessibility.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Strong background in People Analytics or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
• Experience with AI tools, including LLMs and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead and prioritize multiple initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qualtrics and Greenhouse.
