What you will do

• Aggregate and conduct original research to build predictive forecasts and commodity market models.
• Collaborate with Commercial Analytics and FP&A teams to address strategic business questions from leadership.
• Prepare high-level materials and presentations for the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Develop financial and operational models for exploration programs, technology investments, and mine economics.
• Apply first-principles thinking to improve operational efficiency and trade-off analyses across internal workstreams.
• Support critical analytical assignments related to project development and scientific communication.

Requirements

• Education in a STEM discipline or economics (Physics, Chemistry, Astronomy, or Mathematics preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in technology, natural resources, finance, or professional services.
• Proficiency in Python or other scientific computing languages and financial modeling.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize complex data with intellectual rigor.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for diverse audiences.
