TL;DR

Revenue Technology Manager (Salesforce): Managing and evolving the revenue technology stack across marketing, sales, and customer success teams with an accent on systems integration, automation, and data governance. Focus on driving AI innovation to accelerate revenue and optimizing GTM operational efficiency through a scalable Salesforce architecture.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to Toronto, 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end revenue technology strategy for GTM teams.
  • Manage the architecture, integrations, and data flows of the core revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and Pardot.
  • Identify and implement high-impact AI and automation opportunities to streamline GTM workflows.
  • Own CRM data hygiene, enrichment processes, and coordinate Salesforce enhancement roadmaps with IT.
  • Manage vendor relationships, software budgets, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to provide training, onboarding, and documentation to drive tool adoption.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and management.
  • 2+ years of experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex system integrations and partner effectively with IT teams.
  • Strong background in data governance and building cross-functional relationships.
  • Passion for leveraging AI and automation to solve commercial challenges.
