What you will do

• Own GTM reporting by designing, building, and maintaining Looker dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity by identifying and resolving gaps in upstream business processes.
• Collaborate with the corporate data team to design and maintain scalable GTM datasets.
• Support revenue planning and scenario modeling using Pigment.
• Synthesize complex analytical findings into concise narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.
• Deep hands-on experience with Looker and strong SQL skills for complex datasets.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce reporting and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional outcomes across GTM, Finance, and Data teams.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.

• Familiarity with Pigment, Spiff, and Monday.com.
