Marketing Director (Biotech): Leading and scaling hirify.global’s demand generation and deal support engine as the company enters its next stage of growth with an accent on designing and executing programs that support multiple deal motions. Focus on optimizing website and email programs, planning and executing an integrated events strategy, and partnering closely with Sales and RevOps.

What you will do

  • Own demand generation and pipeline impact by designing and executing programs that support multiple deal motions.
  • Lead and execute key initiatives across paid media, lifecycle marketing, website conversion, ABM, content, and experimentation.
  • Design repeatable, multi-channel programs that compound over time, balancing short-term pipeline needs with long-term growth investments.
  • Lead website strategy, conversion rate optimization, and user experience improvements, building sophisticated email nurture programs and marketing automation.
  • Plan and execute an integrated events strategy and connect event activity to pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on ICPs, funnel definitions, and forecasting, continuously improving deal velocity and conversion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue in sales-led organizations.
  • Direct experience partnering with Sales leadership on account strategy, funnel health, and deal acceleration.
  • Deep hands-on experience with demand generation and performance marketing, including paid acquisition, experimentation, and ROI analysis.
  • Understanding of how marketing supports different sales motions, from high-velocity pipeline generation to ABM and deal support for strategic accounts.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch, especially in environments where Sales and Marketing must evolve together.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented, caring about pipeline, revenue impact, CAC, and payback.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, scientists, data engineers).
  • Background in open source, developer tools, data infrastructure, or life sciences software.
  • Exposure to sales-led or hybrid GTM models.
