Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brisbane, California (Onsite/Hybrid).

Salary: $283,575 - $367,500

What you will do

  • Define and execute comprehensive commercial marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to prioritize and engage key audiences, including health systems, payers, physicians, and patients.
  • Oversee the development of digital marketing, educational campaigns, and evidence-based materials for clinical utility.
  • Establish KPIs and utilize data-driven analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team capable of navigating complex commercial landscapes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to support product launches and commercial growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PhD strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience across marketing, sales, or managed care in the molecular or precision diagnostics industry.
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience building high-performance organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem including clinical workflows, HCPs, and IDNs.
  • Proven success in launching products within cancer, preventive screening, or oncology sectors.
  • Ability to operate in compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching an In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) device.
  • Experience in high-growth healthcare or biotech environments bringing a first-to-market product.
