Location: Hybrid work model, split time between working on-site at their assigned hirify.global site and off-site in the US.

Salary: $52,000.00-$200,000.00

Company

The Client Computing Group (CCG) is responsible for driving business strategy and product development for hirify.global's PC products and platforms, spanning form factors such as notebooks, desktops, 2 in 1s, all in ones.

What you will do

  • Identify growth opportunities and long-term strategies for hirify.global.
  • Expand hirify.global's reach and influence in the market through establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage the business development function for expansion of current customers and identification and wining of new customers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with hirify.global's revenue goals.
  • Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in support of hirify.global's growth strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances with key industry players, including AI service providers, OEMs, and other major AI partners.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling new business initiatives from "1 to 10"-turning early concepts into material, repeatable growth engines.
  • Understanding of AI deployment across cloud, edge, and device ecosystems, with the ability to translate technology shifts into business opportunity.
  • Strong domain expertise in the PC ecosystem, including OEMs, OSVs, ISVs, IHVs, and channel partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to set winning market strategies, influence roadmaps, and drive adoption at scale.
  • Experience building and leading ecosystem-driven growth models that create value for customers, partners, and the platform.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and comfort operating in a highly matrixed, global organization.
