TL;DR

Partner Sales Manager (AI): Driving revenue growth through strategic partnership with Allied Solutions, positioning hirify.global as the preferred AI partner for credit unions and community banks. Focus on building deep relationships, executing joint go-to-market strategies, and scaling the partnership program to embed hirify.global solutions into Allied’s product recommendations.

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the US)

Salary: Total On Target Earnings (OTE) is expected to be between $160,000–$210,000.

hirify.global is building a universal banking assistant powered by its proprietary BankGPT platform, aiming to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers.

What you will do

  • Own and drive revenue through co-sell and reseller motions with Allied Solutions.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies focused on AI-powered solutions for credit union and community bank clients.
  • Activate and scale the Allied Solutions partnership program by embedding hirify.global solutions into Allied’s product recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hirify.global and Allied Solutions, leading sales enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to align on partner pipeline progression, deal attribution, and co-selling strategy.
  • Represent hirify.global at Allied Solutions-sponsored events and banking conferences to drive joint awareness and generate partner-sourced pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner sales, with 2+ years selling through or working closely with Allied Solutions or a similar network serving financial institutions.
  • Strong sales focus with a proven track record of generating revenue through partner channels and meeting quota targets.
  • Deep understanding of the credit union and community banking ecosystem, including familiarity with Allied Solutions’ product portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience building and nurturing partner relationships within complex sales organizations like Allied Solutions, with measurable revenue results.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partner agreements and GTM alignment.
