Compensation: $220,000 - $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define and execute global talent acquisition strategy to support rapid scaling across technical, GTM, and G&A functions.
• Build and lead a high-performing internal recruiting team while managing external partnerships.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and capacity modeling.
• Develop and track key TA metrics to drive hiring efficiency and predictability.
• Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience and champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Manage the talent acquisition technology ecosystem including Greenhouse and related tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting organizations in fast-paced, global environments.
• Deep expertise in recruiting operations, metrics, and TA technology.
• Experience leading executive-level and critical senior hires.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
