Functional Analyst

TL;DR

Functional Analyst: Collaborating with clients to define business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements with an accent on documenting AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, focusing on business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Focus on acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Location: Hybrid way of working, 70% remote. You can work up to 45 days abroad.

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to understand and define their business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, focusing on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Design use cases and wireframes to visualize proposed solutions.
• Lead workshops with clients to gather insights and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as UML, BPMN, and SQL.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of designing wireframes and writing detailed use cases.
