Executive Search Associate

TL;DR

Executive Search Associate (Talent Acquisition): Working alongside Partners & Principals in search execution with an accent on research, building target company lists, sourcing and screening candidates. Focus on managing the candidate pipeline and relationships, and owning key search-related activities.

What you will do

• Work closely with a Partner and/or Principal as a key strategic resource to the search team.
• Conduct detailed research projects to map candidates & companies from relevant industries.
• Source, screen & review 50-75% of all candidates for each assigned search.
• Prepare for client update calls by creating a clear agenda and ensuring Thrive TRM is updated and error-free.
• Transcribe notes detailing company updates, candidate updates, and client suggestions during client update calls.
• Consistently discover & add qualified candidates outside of the True network to Thrive TRM.

Requirements

• One to three years of professional experience in an externally facing client management consulting role or operational experience in an executive position at a high growth/innovative company.
• Able to balance multiple tasks with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attentive listener with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to work and support colleagues across the platform and regions.
• Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
• Ability to accurately evaluate candidates and determine their suitability for an organization.
