What you will do

• Work in collaboration with clients and be responsible for brand guardianship on their projects.
• Make day-to-day resource decisions.
• Line management of a Project Manager and a Digital Content Executive.
• Ownership of process and systems for delivery of client work.
• Interpret client briefs, set and manage project timelines, and brief projects internally & externally.
• Assist with financial management, KPI monitoring and reporting, and help with account growth.

Requirements

• Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
• At least 4 years in an agency environment.
• Strong team player and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a pro-active approach.
• Strong client facing and presentation skills, ability to inspire and lead others.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, ability to multi-task.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
