AI Operations Lead

TL;DR

AI Operations Lead (AI Engineering): Identifying and building AI-powered solutions to reduce operational drag and unlock leverage across the company with an accent on translating operational pain points into scalable solutions. Focus on building intelligent workflows, driving adoption across teams, and shaping how hirify.global becomes an AI-first company.

Location: Employees based in our San Francisco, New York, and Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time (approximately two days per week).

What you will do

• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and automation by understanding team operations and translating business challenges.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools, owning solutions end-to-end.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions across the company through partnerships, enablement, and repeatable patterns.
• Partner with leadership to align on priorities, communicate progress, and shape AI integration into operating models.
• Establish measurement and accountability by defining success metrics, building dashboards, and iterating based on data.
• Develop foundational assets like prompt libraries and standardize AI solution development, ensuring security and quality.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience across product, operations, technical program management, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of identifying problems and building solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth (Series A-C) environments (startup experience preferred).
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can move from idea → execution quickly.
• A considered expert in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or similar in your daily workflow.
• Experience building with LLM APIs, prompt design, and agent-based workflows.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration (webhooks, APIs, integrations).
• Experience with data infrastructure or analytics tooling.
• Background in building internal knowledge bases, SOPs, or enablement programs.
