Location: Onsite in Duarte, CA (5 days per week) with occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between the internal engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
• Rapidly prototype integrations and build internal tooling to meet specific client requirements.
• Manage the full technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to integrate field insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
• Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena) or CRMs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7v2.
• Experience working within health systems, payors, or digital health environments.
• Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations.

Nice to have

• Strong Python skills for debugging and writing scripts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and secure data practices.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and high velocity.
