Partner Marketing Lead (AI): Building and scaling hirify.global’s advertising partner ecosystem, spanning distribution platforms, technology partners, agencies and measurement providers with an accent on developing and executing joint marketing strategies that create mutual business value. Focus on building co-branded campaigns, enabling partner sales teams, and ensuring hirify.global’s advertising solutions are effectively positioned, distributed, and measured across the ecosystem.

Location: San Francisco

Salary: $284K – $315K + Offers Equity

What you will do

  • Define hirify.global’s partner marketing and ecosystem strategy across key categories.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners, including integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and manage co-branded marketing programs that highlight joint value.
  • Act as the primary marketing partner contact, fostering strong relationships with key external partners.
  • Create partner-facing content and collateral that enable partners to effectively position hirify.global’s advertising solutions.
  • Support partner and agency sales enablement, building training programs, toolkits, and resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner marketing, alliances, or ecosystem marketing, particularly in advertising, ad tech, martech, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience building and executing joint GTM strategies and co-marketing campaigns with external partners.
  • Skilled at partner relationship management, with a track record of building trust and aligning stakeholders.
  • Experience creating co-branded content and sales enablement materials.
  • Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and ROI.
  • Ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives, turning product capabilities into compelling joint value propositions.
