TL;DR

Senior Manager, Account Management (EMEA): Leading and developing the Account Management team in Europe while managing a portfolio of strategic partners with an accent on commercial growth and client success. Focus on driving revenue through innovative sponsorship solutions, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid work environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (3 days per week on-site).

Salary: £85K – £95K plus equity and commission.

What you will do

  • Lead and grow the EMEA Account Management team through a player-coach approach.
  • Manage a personal portfolio of high-value strategic brand partners.
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to define and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality partner management experience aligned with global standards.
  • Drive revenue through creative sponsorship solutions that resonate with the athlete community.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver meaningful impact for brand partners and users.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management within the advertising, media, or sponsorship sector.
  • Proven track record in a player-coach or team leadership role.
  • Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with commercial leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market and brand partnership landscapes.
