TL;DR

Lead Account Manager (North America): Developing the Account Management function for hirify.global for Business with an accent on establishing global standards and frameworks for partner success. Focus on driving revenue growth and client success while leading a team of North American Account Managers and managing a portfolio of strategic partnerships.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or New York; Hybrid model requiring at least 3 days per week on-site.

Salary: $210,000 – $225,000

What you will do

  • Define and implement the Account Management function and team standards in North America.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to ensure consistent partner management quality.
  • Serve as a player-coach, directly managing a portfolio of strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with global commercial leadership to ensure consistent approach to partner growth.
  • Drive revenue expansion and long-term value across brand partnerships.
  • Shape the future structure and scale of the Account Management function as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in SF or NYC at least 3 days per week.
  • Proven experience in leadership and account management within commercial environments.
  • Ability to establish foundational frameworks and processes for high-performing teams.
  • Strong track record of managing strategic partners and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
