TL;DR

Technical Recruiter (Startup): Building high-caliber engineering pipelines to drive growth for a privacy-centric cellular network with an accent on candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and data-driven recruiting strategies. Focus on closing searches in a fast-paced environment and maintaining high hiring benchmarks.

Location: Must be able to work in the NYC office 3 days per week

What you will do

  • Manage, prioritize, and close technical searches against aggressive timelines.
  • Source and activate passive candidates using LinkedIn, Ashby, Gem, and GitHub.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and interview criteria.
  • Build and maintain high-quality diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Track recruitment metrics and data integrity within the ATS to optimize strategies.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador and ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total recruiting experience in search firms or in-house teams.
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in software engineering recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced startup environments with low structure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving team.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to NYC for hybrid work (3 days/week).
