What you will do

• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles.
• Build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements.
• Craft high-touch, personalised outreach campaigns to achieve high response rates.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor layoffs and salary trends.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (Agency or In-house), with a proven track record in the Technology and Product market.
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
• Fluent English is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Must be based in Europe.
