What you will do

• Source and engage talent across multiple international markets including the UK, US, and Germany.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for various technical skill sets.
• Use AI-driven tools and automated workflows to identify and profile high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and qualification assessments.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring partners to align on sourcing priorities.
• Improve existing sourcing tools, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven sourcing experience in at least two regions including the UK, US, or Europe.
• Ability to manage international hiring pipelines and adapt to local market specifics.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing methodologies.
• Experience sourcing IT professionals.
• Strong English language skills.
• Availability for consistent overlap with UK working hours.
