What you will do

• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle for R&D roles, including Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Product.
• Discover and screen exceptional active and passive tech talent for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Track top-of-funnel data, analyze performance trends, and optimize sourcing workflows.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target profiles and tailored strategies.
• Execute creative outreach using advanced techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and LLM models.
• Build sustainable, long-term talent pipelines to meet future hiring needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience with a focus on R&D and Product roles in global tech.
• Expertise in advanced Boolean search, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LLM models (GPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable hiring trends.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management with Hiring Managers and TA Partners.
