What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy, including executive dinners, customer panels, networking receptions, and conferences.
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify target accounts and align on event goals.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site logistics.
- Collaborate with SDRs to drive event attendance and ensure timely post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain field marketing dashboards to track leading and lagging metrics.
- Create compelling event content, promotional copy, and post-event communications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in B2B enterprise software.
- Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
