What you will do

  • Develop and execute a regional field marketing menu, including executive dinners, roadshows, and technical workshops.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to deploy ABM outreach and deal-closer sprints for target accounts.
  • Operate in sync with Revenue Operations to optimize lead routing, pipeline acceleration, and multi-product attach rates.
  • Bring the AgentOps narrative to life by tailoring messaging to address segment-specific pain points.
  • Allocate field marketing budgets proportionally based on ACV booking goals and pipeline outcomes.
  • Champion customer-centric storytelling across all regional events and touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success planning diverse field programs with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Proven ability to work directly alongside Sales RVPs and AEs to align strategy with revenue priorities.
  • Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving team environment while managing multiple programs.
  • Data-informed mindset with experience leveraging intent data and attribution insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and executive narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing DevOps, SaaS, or enterprise software platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered products and their business value.
  • Background in Salesforce co-marketing programs or the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience with ABM platforms and digital demand generation tools.
