TL;DR

Marketing Operations Specialist (SaaS): Optimizing the marketing operations foundation, leading lifecycle management, and integrating marketing systems with Salesforce and the GTM stack with an accent on scaling systems and championing data integrity. Focus on embedding AI into marketing processes and driving Martech strategy to improve targeting, content delivery, and funnel velocity.

Location: Must work in Lehi, Utah 5 days a week

What you will do

  • Optimize the marketing operations foundation, including lifecycle management, lead scoring, and integrations with Salesforce.
  • Operate as a product manager for marketing infrastructure, treating internal tools as products with stakeholders and roadmaps.
  • Support reporting and analytics, building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track funnel performance and campaign ROI.
  • Champion data integrity by monitoring data flows and resolving integrity issues.
  • Embed AI into marketing processes to improve targeting, content delivery, and segmentation.
  • Drive Martech strategy, leading tool evaluations and integrations with a focus on ROI and long-term fit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, including automation design and lead lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce required) and integrating marketing data across systems.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience applying AI or automation tools to marketing problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Intermediate+ SQL skills and experience with analytics tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay and Zapier.
  • Experience across channels including email, SMS, and in-app marketing.
  • Background in database management, email deliverability, or data privacy compliance.
