What you will do

• Design and maintain sales territory models to ensure balanced market coverage and workload.
• Refine sales forecasts by analyzing historical data and trends in partnership with leadership.
• Monitor pipeline health and deal velocity to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Administer and optimize CRM systems like Salesforce to improve operational workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure data accuracy and implement new sales tools.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms like Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset for solving complex operational challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan or similar planning software.
