Location: Must come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.

What you will do
- Build multi-year headcount models for hiring.
- Own territory design and segmentation, transitioning to a sophisticated segmentation model.
- Lead the integrated planning process between Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
- Analyze pipeline leakage points and recommend structural changes to the sales cycle.
- Develop a "Rep Scorecard" system to identify top performers and advise sales leadership.
- Define the "Standard Way" we sell and ensure the feedback loop on lead quality is data-driven.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strategy, operations, and analytics experience in sales operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment ($100M+ ARR).
- Expertise in analyzing the business funnel for outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative modeling skills.
- Expert proficiency with core sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.) and sales data management.
- Expert level user of Gsheets / excel experience with BI and Data Analysis tools like Tableau or Hex. SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Strong collaborator with a builder's mentality.
