Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 4x a week in office)

Salary: $170,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for AI-driven features like survey generation and open-text analysis.
• Simplify complex technical systems into user-friendly and reliable interface experiences.
• Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to scope and ship features.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests to validate and refine designs.
• Maintain and expand the design system to include AI-specific interaction patterns.
• Influence the product roadmap and push design quality across all AI surfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design within SaaS or data-rich software environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and ability to simplify complexity.
• Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Proven ability to lead customer research and iteration cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work hybrid 4 days per week in the San Francisco office.
