Senior Product Designer (AI): Shaping the future of legal work in hirify.global Work, focusing on docket data and workflows within the hirify.global Docket team. Focus on reimagining content, analysis, and workflow engines to optimize litigation navigation for firms of all sizes, incorporating intelligent AI automation.

Location: Available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. Local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City and Sydney) are expected to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.

Salary: $128,400 to $151,000 to $173,600 CAD.

What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute experience design strategy and success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end experiences for docket workflows in hirify.global Work, from discovery to execution.
• Raise the quality bar through polished, accessible, and cohesive experiences.
• Strengthen systems and patterns across the product by contributing design system improvements.
• Drive alignment through storytelling, decision framing, and collaboration across teams.
• Strengthen the team through constructive critique and mentoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
• A portfolio that shows an ability to design scalable experiences across multiple customer segments and/or cross-product workflow experiences.
• High-quality visual and UI craft.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality work that solves customer problems and moves key product metrics.
• Strong customer-centric practice, with the ability to translate customer insight into actionable design direction.
• Experience designing AI-powered features or workflows, with a strong understanding of user-centered applications of machine learning and generative AI.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech or similarly technical industry.
• Education in classic graphic design fundamentals.
