What you will do

  • Execute high-fidelity designs and blue-sky prototypes using Figma and AI tools like Loveable, Codex, or Claude.
  • Conduct primary research, including user interviews and usability testing, to deepen understanding of customer needs.
  • Develop user flows and journeys to solve complex problems from the customer's perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in agile ceremonies to align delivery with business strategy.
  • Utilize the Forma 36 open-source design system to ensure consistency across all product surfaces.
  • Participate in peer mentorship and design critiques to raise the quality bar.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience.
  • Strong systems thinking for designing complex scenarios.
  • Expertise in conducting primary research, discovery, and usability testing.
  • Progressive AI mindset and eagerness to experiment with new tools.
  • Ability to deliver production-ready designs based on existing design systems and accessibility standards.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design process and craft experience.
