What you will do

• Design complex product experiences from initial concept through to final UI, maintaining high design standards.
• Apply systems thinking to ensure cohesion across various product areas and contribute to the internal design system.
• Understand customer jobs-to-be-done through research and drive improvements based on data and business metrics.
• Communicate complex product context, trade-offs, and design rationale to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Mentor junior team members and champion design best practices within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to execute large-scale initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in developer-facing SaaS products.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in collaborative design processes, user research, and data-informed decision-making.
• Ability to design for complex technical workflows, system constraints, and developer experiences.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada.
