hirify.global is developing independent, privacy-focused search infrastructure and APIs to power the next generation of AI and RAG applications.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute global B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness and subscription growth.
  • Lead social media initiatives to foster business engagement and thought leadership.
  • Optimize the end-to-end user journey, from initial website visit to successful subscription.
  • Create compelling content and messaging, including case studies and sales enablement materials.
  • Advise executive leadership on personal branding and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and developer outreach teams to align messaging and conversion goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, API, or AI-tech sectors.
  • Proven expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, and inbound lead generation.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persona development.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
  • Must be based in the USA or Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to AI developers or technical enterprise audiences.
  • Background in growth marketing or developer community engagement.
  • Familiarity with competitive B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies.
