What you will do

• Own and maintain accurate employee data within the Factorial HRIS.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, off-boarding, and status changes.
• Provide administrative payroll support by coordinating data collection and validation with Finance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support the implementation of new tool integrations.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Streamline operational processes to enhance compliance, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in New Orleans, LA.
• Experience in managing HRIS systems, preferably Factorial.
• Strong background in HR operations, data integrity, and process documentation.
• Experience supporting payroll administration and cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Ability to build and interpret people analytics for data-driven decision-making.
