What you will do

• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of HRIS, Performance Management, and Engagement tools.
• Act as the single source of truth for all people data, building automated dashboards and audit processes.
• Build and document scalable operational processes related to internal transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
• Partner with IT and Hiring Managers to manage the operational side of onboarding.
• Manage relationships with third-party software and service providers, including international compliance and PEO/EOR management.
• Manage the People Portal, ensuring employees have easy access to policies and resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on operations or systems.
• Demonstrated success implementing or migrating a major HRIS and integrating it with a broader software suite.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with Lattice, Ashby, and Workday.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now).
• Experience managing a global or distributed workforce.
