What you will do
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of HRIS, Performance Management, and Engagement tools.
- Act as the single source of truth for all people data, building automated dashboards and audit processes.
- Build and document scalable operational processes related to internal transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
- Partner with IT and Hiring Managers to manage the operational side of onboarding.
- Manage relationships with third-party software and service providers, including international compliance and PEO/EOR management.
- Manage the People Portal, ensuring employees have easy access to policies and resources.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on operations or systems.
- Demonstrated success implementing or migrating a major HRIS and integrating it with a broader software suite.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. law.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with Lattice, Ashby, and Workday.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ticketing systems (e.g. Service Now).
- Experience managing a global or distributed workforce.
