What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners in the assigned territory to drive bookings.
• Develop and execute territory channel plans, including partner recruitment and capacity management.
• Onboard and enable partners, ensuring they are proficient in marketing and selling the full hirify.global portfolio.
• Coordinate joint business planning sessions with top-tier partners.
• Align internal resources to support distribution partners and drive effective channel strategy.
• Maintain strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia without employer sponsorship.
• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners within a technology ecosystem.
• Experience in developing territory and business plans.
• Knowledge of security software channel ecosystems and CRM/PRM systems.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Local language proficiency and fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% within the region.
