Location: Must be based in the LATAM region (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do
- Acquire new Enterprise-sized accounts and drive expansion revenue within the assigned LATAM territory.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline using diverse prospecting methods and lead follow-up strategies.
- Articulate the value of the full product suite to key decision-makers to reduce sales cycles.
- Negotiate subscription levels, multi-year agreements, and pricing to maximize ARR.
- Collaborate with Channel partners, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Specialists to ensure account growth.
- Maintain precise documentation of sales activity and performance metrics in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with modern business tools, including Google Workspace and MS Office
- Self-driven professional with strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a high-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience using Salesforce for sales pipeline management
- Background in IT, security, or the cybersecurity industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
