What you will do

• Plan and lead multiple multi-disciplinary projects across various business areas.
• Drive detailed project planning from discovery to final implementation.
• Manage scope, budget, risk, dependencies, and project governance.
• Ensure project teams stay focused on key priorities and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Chair meetings and workshops with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in project management delivering from brief to post-implementation.
• Experience managing multiple projects or streams of activity simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project delivery best practices and governance.
• Experience in Finance environment and financial processes.
• Ability to work independently with high-level direction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Recognized project management certification (foundation level).
• Experience with ERP / Finance Technology implementations, specifically Oracle Fusion.
