Location: Must be based in London, UK. The role follows a hybrid working model.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final asset handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
- Monitor and report on project finances, including weekly burn reports and resource allocation.
- Act as a central liaison between agency disciplines, including creative, strategy, and production teams.
- Identify potential project risks and collaborate with the Ops Director to implement mitigation strategies.
- Apply AI tools to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency across tasks.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in a social and influencer environment.
- Proven track record in managing project setup, budgeting, and resource planning within a creative agency.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience tracking budgets and forecasting resource needs.
- Expertise in project management software, processes, and familiarity with modern LLMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

- Experience with producer-level responsibilities and managing social-first content production from ideation to delivery.
