What you will do
- Lead and manage end-to-end tender responses on behalf of diverse clients.
- Write, edit, and review compelling bid content derived from various sources.
- Coordinate subject matter experts to ensure high-quality and timely submissions.
- Manage procurement portals and identify relevant tender opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to improve overall bid performance.
- Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and pitch presentations.
Requirements
- Experience in bid management, bid writing, or editorial roles.
- Strong background in account management or client-facing positions.
- Proficiency with bid tools, content libraries, or procurement portals.
- Ability to translate complex information into persuasive business proposals.
- Capacity to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
