What you will do

• Organize and lead project meetings, owning agendas and key follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans and delivery dates for required projects.
• Create proactive communications regarding project progress for various levels of firm visibility.
• Collaborate with groups across the firm to provide and receive information required to keep projects on track.
• Work with external vendors to ensure their progress towards delivering on hirify.global project initiatives.
• Build relationships to become a trusted go-to for general project questions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 5+ years’ experience coordinating work for cross functional teams.
• Experience with project documentation and meeting management.
• Vendor/client management experience is preferred.
• Ability to hold peers accountable in a constructive and professional manner.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana.
• Experience with project management software: JIRA, GitHub.
• Prior experience in a role requiring adherence to a high level of professionalism.
