What you will do

• Support the implementation of weekly global resource planning processes.
• Centralize, forecast, and allocate resource requests across multiple production accounts.
• Drive the right project, right talent workflow to maximize team efficiency and quality.
• Partner with Producers and Project Managers to manage studio requirements in advance.
• Monitor and book freelance resources to meet fluctuating project demands.
• Build strong working relationships with creatives to maintain transparent planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site at the London studio.
• 4 to 6+ years of experience in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Strong knowledge of resource-management tools like Workfront or Crew Planner.
• Proficiency in macOS and MS Office suite.
• Experience managing global resource load-balancing across time zones.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex freelance networks.
