What you will do

• Drive go-to-market strategies and product growth for institutional tokenized assets.
• Manage the full institutional lifecycle, from identifying partners to post-launch product success.
• Build and execute liquidity strategies including market maker relationships and DeFi integrations.
• Represent the organization at industry events to cultivate inbound institutional interest.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with custody providers, wallets, and protocols to ensure seamless access.
• Track and report on success metrics including TVL, transaction volume, and user adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product growth or business development within the digital assets space.
• Demonstrable track record of driving adoption and growth metrics for financial products.
• In-depth understanding of tokenization, RWA, DeFi, and digital asset market structures.
• Experience with liquidity provision, market making, or trading operations.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 25-40% of the time for conferences and partner meetings.
