Institutional Growth Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Identify and engage banks, asset managers, startups, and other prospective issuers exploring tokenization.
• Drive adoption, TVL, transaction volume, and user growth for live tokenized funds, treasuries, securities, and other institutional products.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, scalable growth playbooks, distribution channels, and buyer segments.
• Build liquidity strategies through market-maker relationships, DeFi integrations, custody providers, wallets, and secondary markets.
• Manage post-launch relationships with institutional issuers, provide performance reporting, and coordinate product improvements.
• Represent Solana at conferences and ecosystem events while creating educational and sales-enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product growth or business development for digital assets, with responsibility for TVL or AUM.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption and growth metrics for financial products.
• Understanding of tokenization, real-world assets, DeFi, yield strategies, and digital-asset market structure.
• Experience with liquidity provision, market making, or trading operations.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25–40% of the time for conferences, partner meetings, and ecosystem events.

• Retail and technical understanding of Solana.
• Active participation in crypto communities and ecosystem building.
• Experience working directly with founders and early-stage companies while balancing startup needs with institutional-grade requirements.
