What you will do

• Lead technical analysis by breaking down complex features into development-ready user stories.
• Maintain a prioritized, data-driven backlog of features through refinements, planning, and retrospectives.
• Translate technical documentation, system specifications, and architecture diagrams into actionable requirements.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and promote best practices across development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product colleagues, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience in a Technical Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong experience in leading technical analysis and creating testable acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in backlog management and benefits analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and architecture.
• Strong communication skills and experience supporting agile teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
