What you will do

• Analyse sales, pricing, margin, and customer performance across EMEA.
• Track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
• Work with RGM and commercial teams to influence pricing, pack architecture, and promotional strategies.
• Support revenue forecasting, scenario modelling, and long range planning to drive alignment across markets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure insights translate into execution and impact.
• Help standardise RGM reporting, tools, and best practices across EMEA to scale success.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in an analytical, commercial, RGM, category management, or finance role (consumer goods or retail a plus).
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Understanding of pricing, promotions, and revenue drivers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in a scaleup culture and seeks continuous improvement.
