hirify.global Inc. is looking for a Business & Technical Analyst to join their Product team and help shape the next generation of payment solutions.

What you will do

• Analyze business and client needs and turn them into clear, structured business requirements.
• Define client requirements and transform them into product-level requirements, in cooperation with Product Managers.
• Provide business context, scope, and impact analysis to development teams, and help identify cross-team impacts of product or requirement changes early.
• Prepare product briefs and analytical inputs for Product Managers, and build an understanding of the end-to-end payment environment.
• Support initiatives related to Android terminals, APIs and integrations from a business perspective.
• Create and maintain business-oriented documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, ideally in fintech, payments, or complex B2B platforms.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to see end-to-end impacts, not just isolated features.
• Experience with client and product requirement definition.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and development-focused analysts.
• Technical literacy (APIs, integrations, microservices; Android knowledge is a plus).
• Experience creating business-focused documentation and user guides for external users.
• Great communication skills in English.
