What you will do

• Manage end-to-end backhaul network delivery processes, including planning, ordering, and migrations.
• Coordinate project activities across internal departments and third-party suppliers.
• Drive key delivery milestones and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain and update project documentation and systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address faults and resolve delivery issues promptly.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work from the Slough office 2 days per week.
• Understanding of Ethernet products such as EAD, OSA, and NGA.
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills to resolve unexpected challenges.
• Clear and concise communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Adaptable work style with a strong customer-oriented focus.
• Knowledge of Openreach and related Service Level Agreements is beneficial.
