• Coordinate global deliveries, managing dependencies, timelines, and technical roadmaps.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to leadership.
• Ensure delivery quality in fast-paced environments.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in large-scale, multi-squad environments.
• Strong experience managing and orchestrating multiple teams across different geographies and time zones.
• Experience coordinating global deliveries, managing dependencies, timelines, and technical roadmaps.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to leadership.
• Strong experience in program governance, ensuring delivery quality in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in nearshore or distributed delivery models is a plus.
• Availability to work within UK business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
• Fluency in English.
