What you will do

• Provide administrative and coordination support for GPU data center deployment projects.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, task lists, and status updates.
• Coordinate site access, delivery logistics, and resource management with external vendors.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including installation records and handover materials.
• Support budget tracking by managing invoices and expense reports.
• Prepare progress summaries and reports for the Project Manager and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to work onsite in London.
