What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for the Marketing Cloud Engagement platform, prioritizing new capabilities and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives, from gathering requirements with Sales and Marketing teams to design and implementation.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on marketing automation best practices, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
• Manage platform governance, including overseeing third-party agencies, data hygiene, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Establish scalable operating models and documentation for campaign execution and platform usage standards.
• Analyze platform performance, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through a test-and-learn culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and enterprise-grade marketing automation strategies.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement certification required.
• Strong expertise in funnel strategy, nurture design, and campaign reporting.
• Solid understanding of product management principles, including roadmapping and prioritization.
• Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, PECR, and privacy-by-design principles.
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing third-party agencies.
